Our purpose

UNYT’s ACM Student Chapter is an exciting development that has the potential to significantly enrich the academic and professional landscape for the students at the University of New York Tirana.

Hosted by our university, UNYT’s ACM Student Chapter is the first Chapter established in Albania. This initiative, led by Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture Prof. Rao Narasimha Vajjhala, aims to foster an environment of learning, innovation, and collaboration among students interested in computing and information technology.

One crucial phase of our Chapter involves engaging our student community directly to inform them about the opportunities this chapter presents, including workshops, seminars, and networking events tailored to their interests and career aspirations.

Our goal is to ensure that every eligible student is aware of and has the opportunity to join this chapter as a member.
